The Lease Home Screen is a lease worksheet where you may enter the Terms and calculate the Payments, it is also the Main Module of the program which may be selected as a Lease or a Purchase in the Defaults module. Moving around may be done with the mouse or keyboard arrow keys. Pressing Enter
in one box will move the focus to the next one, and pressing the ESC key will clear the contents of the box.
The Code Box displays your transaction profit at all times as long as :
• You have entered the terms on the boxes above.
• The cost of the vehicle has been entered.
• Any additions have been listed in the recap module.
• The amount of money received been entered in the Cash Down Box.
• The Buy Rate has been entered correctly.
If you click and hold the mouse button down in the box it will display the Invoice plus the mark-up.
The Buy Rate is the Cost of financing (.00345 should be entered as 3.45) The rates are announced by the lender and should be entered in the defaults module You may press the F2 Key to enter the maximum allowed rate or Shift F2 to enter the minimum. You can use Apr or money factors click Int Rate to switch.
The Notes Box displays information with instructions as you move from box to box on the worksheet above. You may also enter some Keyboard shortcuts in this box.(See Keyboard Shortcuts).
The TODO Bar displays the amount of items that are due or past due in the current day. You may click this bar to access the file or pull it down from the Tools Menu. You may store items in the TODO File years in advance and you will be reminded on the specified date.
To change the type of Rate or the terms(Monthly,Semi Monthly,Weekly or Bi-Weekly)
you can click on the Terms or Rate labels right on the Home Screen
You can also Roll Back payments before and after tax by simply changing the
payment amount in its respective box and pressing the Enter Key.
You may Roll Back the Drive Off into a cap reduction by editing the amount
in the Drive off box,and pressing the Enter Key this will trigger a payment rollback right after |
