The By Year Report will display a report of the interest earned for each year for all accounts, You will see more of the report if you press the Print button in the bottom right corner.
The TUB report shows the Total Unpaid Balance for all accounts listing each account with information. Again this report is better visible after you press the print button.

Recalling an account from the Files List is as simple as a single click on the account number, The recall module will not work in the reports, only in the filtered list.

The Collections Module is available by selecting the Collections button, it will open only if an account has been selected. In this module additional information may be entered to aid in the collection effort.
The Add to TODO button will add a dated entry to the TODO Files. (a tickler file that displays the things to be done in a particular day) This will help remember promises made by problem accounts.
The Summary Button displays additional information that may be necessary for collection resolution.
The Save button will add the collections module changes to the Account.
The Notes Button will interface with the Windows Word pad to create and maintain a link with a source of unlimited notes for each account, all you need to do is enter notes and the program will ask if you wish to save them as you leave, it will continue to save with the account number as a file name.
